Shrek Cake

This was the first ever cake I have made. This project took me and my partner Jaylen about a week to make within the class time we had together. We used 2 things for the cake batter. we used banana flavor and we dyed the cakes green and the middle was white. for the buttercream we used green and red food color to make the mouth and the skin color of Shrek. for his ears we used black fondant to hold so they wouldn't fall. and lastly for the eyes and the teeth we used white sprinkles.
